Also I want to share some feedback I got from some team members. Well probably play 2-1-2 or 2-2-1 Defending, well have the following shape * * * * * G Attacking * * * * or * * * * * * G G Tactics * We can not afford to be static in the field . We should always make runs to create some option for the player that has the ball. * This is indoor soccer so there is not too much space available. As we noticed in the practice if we maintain the ball too long it is inevitable that well loose the ball.Loosing the ball against a quick team almost means that the other team will have higher chances to score. So lets try to create space and touch the ball as quick as we can. * U should make fast passes. I mean 1-3 touches and make the pass, more than that will be risky. Of course if u dont have a passing option u have to make some dribbling and make space for u and the team members, But lets try to make fast and solid touches as much as we can. * The best team in the practice was successful because of the amount of passes and fast pace. They were playing the Tiki-taka style, fast passing and shootings. I want to implement the Tiki-taka style as well. * Letts try, as much as we can, to return to our positions and to get a man to pressure at. We all defend. The best defense is the pressure, and the best attack is a high passing rate, moving the ball around and shoot. * Im expecting subs every 3-5 minutes for each player or before if ur out of breath. Lets have a quick drink and lets be ready for the next run. During this 3-5 min we have to make constant runs defending and attacking. * Wer not perfect so well loose the ball sometimes. For this reason, I expect quick come backs to defense position as soon as we loose the ball so we can cover each other. For example, the white team in the last practice was having a lot of troubles at the back (defense) because there were 3 players (not from our team) that were basically static in the rivals area waiting for the ball to come, they did not come back to help with defense at all. They were basically watching the rest of the guys to defend so I dont want that in our team. *As we saw in the last practice game, Yellow vs. Red team, the Yellow team (our team) was superior because of the organization (defense and attacking) and fast passing. So lets try to stick with that idea. I really like the level skill in our team. We have to be confident because everyone has a good skill level. Carlos will help us with a physical activation before each game. Any comment that will benefit us is welcome Thank you Guys Muchachos Para resumir lo q explique arriba. Simplemente queremos un equipo d toque rapido, el famoso tiky taca. Subiendo y bajando rapido, cubriendo la posicion asignada, precionando arriba y abajo y haciendo diagonales para crear espacios y opciones d pases. La idea es hacer cambios cortos d 3 a 5 min para correr lo mas posible durante ese tiempo y despues tomar agua y asi continuar para el proximo cambio. En este tipo d canchas pequenias no hay mucho espacio para hacer figuras o jugadas d fantacia entonces lo mejor seria tener una idea rapida d juego. Sin embargo si hay la posibilidad d un amague o drible pues bienvenido sea. Respecto a la practica, note q hay algunos d los jugadores q estan con una baja forma fisica, aunq el nivel futbolistico es muy bueno, entonces debemos sobreponernos a eso con pases rapidos y solidos, Despues d 2 o 3 partidos la condicion fisica va a mejorar, En este orden d ideas todos debemos defender, si perdemos una bola debemos bajar lo mas pronto posible para cubrir la posicion. En cuanto a ataque debemos hacer algo similar, atacar con la mayor cantidad d jugadores sin desprotejer la defensa.
