Been to see Guardians of the Galaxy with Tom. He enjoyed it, which was very much the point. From my elderly point of view the film was utterly and totally without merit of any kind leading to the melting of my logic circuits after about 20 minutes. The fact that the majority of reviews I read gave it four stars out of five only serves to depress me. If you are going with a ten to twelve year old, fine; if not then dont bother it is unmitigated drivel from beginning to end.
