The asking price for my sublet is $1800/month (includes water, gas/electricity, wifi/cable) is a private room (with a door and closet inside the room). The bedroom in question has a Queen sized bed, dresser, end table, fan, and a small bookshelf. The apartment is a one bedroom apartment that the living room has been converted into a bedroom (to be a two bedroom apartment, with the general spaces being the bathroom & kitchen). The apartment has a long hallway that gives it the feel of being an open large apartment. Hardwood floors, galley kitchen (with a microwave, gas stove, and large fridge). Includes linens, dishes, and other household amenities. Great neighborhood. Laundromat on the corner; that does both drop off and self service. USPS around the corner. Lots of cute bars and restaurants. 24 hour Gristedes & Duane Reade, Starbucks, Dunkin Donut, Ben & Jerrys all in walking distance. It is in a great Columbia/suburbia area filled with 24 hour shops and great bars/restaurants. Front door is feet to the (1) train and the M104 bus. I would be your only roommate.
