Hi Gypsies, So Im looking for someone to share my 2bedroom apartment with in sheepshead bay, 2750 homecrest avenue. It goes for $800 a month excluding utilities but wouldnt be up to $900 if included. Preferably will want a working actress or actor, someone I can rehearse with and go for auditions with if youre open to it, someone very focused and determined but who also loves to have fun. I dont really care if we become close but it will be a plus if youre friendly, you dont criticize or judge, extremely clean and can contribute in making our house a home. Preferably a long term stay and not planning to live with anyone. You dont have to meet all the requirements but just message me if youre interested and we will take it from there.
