Hi I hope someone can help while I wait for answers. Very long story short..Attended summer 2013 on probation by an approved financial aid appeal. GPA was still too low therefore I was suspended and sat out a semester. I am now attending for spring 14 on payment plan & probation but waiting for the appeal decision. My question is, I accepted 2 loans last year via web before start of fall semester(although I didnt attend) as well as this spring 14 semester. I log on to LOLA and under the financial aid Awards section my two loans now say $0.00...as if they were never offered and accepted by me? It still says accepted but thats just because I accepted them already. i expected to get at least the loans for this semester in which Im enrolled (¬ fall 13)but its as if they were never awarded. Anyone know why? Are they not goin to let me have the loans? My grant info is the same. This is driving me bc I was relying on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
