Hi! I just hesitated to post this kind of bread here since the group name is artisan bread. But i just saw some people also uploaded their bread like cinnamon roll and brioche as well so i will try to post my recent bread here carefully. (Dear admin; you can delete this post if it is not suitable for this group) Well, this time I just tried to make Italian Classic Sourdough Panettone with 50% milk butter, 40% cane sugar and canded fruits Ofcoz No Commercial yeast! Leavened by 100% sourdough with long term fermentation period. This contributed the unique flavour and texture. I still do not know the real panettone in Italy but as i tasted the imported panettone directly from Italy here, the taste was quite similar! like this unique flavour.
