Hi I went on to CO 2 weeks ago washing every 4 day or so. My hair feels ok but now my question is; am I better off just using low poo schampo and conditioner? Im using Tresemme natural conditioner (tried Avalon but that was impossible) and I feel like Ive gone backwards rather than forward in my eliminating of bad stuff.. (was on low poo for months before) My hair is thick so I need to use ALOT of conditioner to get the hair clean and the water consumption has gone through the roof (and were on water restriction here!).
