Hi. Im Nikita. I want to talk to you about school. Particularly middle school. No one likes it. Nobody wants to go. Ever. Why? Because middle school is when people become judgmental. Its when people separate into cliques and make fun of each other. All because of your hair, clothes, shoes, weight, intelligence, looks, friends, race or religion. They judge you for the little things, like the brands you wear, if you have a little extra meat on your bones, or even if you got a good grade on a test or not. But they cant be pleased. If youre skinny, youre anorexic. If youre thick, youre obese. If youre a jock or a prick, youre popular. If youre smarter than others, youre a nerd. If youre slower than others, youre stupid. See, its things like these, that make middle school one of the worst places in the world to be a kid. Honestly, if people just got rid of these thoughts, the world would be a much better place. Im not saying that Ive never had opinions like these. Yes, i have judged people, but Ive moved on. So what if this persons a little thicker than me. It doesnt mean theyre fat. So what if that person has a piercing? Theyre not a freak. See, people exaggerate your mistakes and faults and make it seem like youve murdered someone. Like its the end of the world because one person did this, or another did that. No big deal. But people my age make it seem like that. Like its going to effect everyones lives. Its not like you can say youve never exaggerated something, or youve never judged someone, youd be lying. All I want is for the world to stop being so rude to one another. Its not like youre any better than them. Ive noticed that in middle school, that people tell others to be original, to be themselves. But then the same person would criticize those people for not being exactly like them. This is why people hate middle school two weeks in. Thats is the reason to why Im telling you this.
