Hi, Ive tried to private message through however I cant seem to do so. And I dont want to post my issue publicly on the page. I would like to speak to someone about a complaint and an issue that occurred lastnight, I was on the phone to expedia for hours being put back and fourth back and fourth from the Indians to the officers in Manila, even though the Indians told me I would be put through to someone higher who could help me however all they did was put me through to the United States Expedia. It seemed like they were just continuously doing this because no one could solve the issue, some were rude, even though I stayed calm and collected - and all I wanted was to speak to someone who had the authority and knew what they were doing. I didnt get to sleep until 6am, and quite frankly I am extremely angry (and Im never someone to get angry over mistakes or issues). I NEED someone from Australia to be in contact with myself as soon as possible! Regards, Thyie
