Hi! I’m looking for a room (sublet and not shared) preferably in Brooklyn or in lower Manhattan from the beginning of March 2014. My budget is maximum 1300$. Im a student from germany and I will be doing an internship in New York City (Brooklyn). I am clean, organized and very easy to live with. I am open-minded and dynamic. I’ve already been living in apartment-sharing communities before in Paris, Rio de Janeiro and Berlin. If you know about a room that I could rent around this area or next to it, I would be happy to hear about it!
