Hi Kel, Thanks for your quick response. The ........... ........ ....... is promoting fish farming in a big way and a friend of mine is offering support to develop the business there. Government will study feasibility of the project and allot land near sea, according to the requirement of promoter. We are planning to produce prawns, tilapia and any other spices commercially viable and marketable in the Middle East market. We are prepared to pay you as a consultant for your proposal and assisting us in setting up the project until it starts production. We will sign an agreement with you and pay as the project progresses. Since we are not experienced in this business, we need your whole-hearted support as a partner until it is materialized. First we have to submit a proposal for the approval of the government and then allotment of required land, financial arrangements with banks etc. I will forward a questionnaire to be filled and submitted to the government for their approval.
