Hi Ladies, I know I have had a lot of questions about what pole to get at home, and with Valentines Day coming up a pole would be a great gift. The best pole the I would suggest is the X-Pole 45MM Chrome. The only thing I dont love about this pole is you have to unscrew the bottom of the pole to make it spin. Its not that big of a deal. I have the same one in my house, It takes 30 seconds but not as convenient like the ones in the studio. This pole is a little smaller than the studio (50mm at the studio), but this is the competition size. And this was the only easy up and easy down pole I found. The other ones had to be bolted into the floor and/or ceiling. Message me if you have any questions :)
