Hi Mad Catz, So last year I purchased 2 X Strike 7 keyboards and 2 X Rat 7 mouses. (Spent close to $900 at Canada Computers). Within 9 months from purchase, one of my Strike 7 keyboards went bust (on-board computer randomly stopped working/currently in RMA, havent had time to finish RMA process). 1 of my Rat 7 mouses has a major sensor sensitivity problem, whilst my other remained okay up until last week where it progressively becomes too sensitive. The main issue is any kind of small vibrations, including its own click, moves the onscreen mouse curser whilst the mouse body remains stationary. I have made full use of your software programs, to no avail. I guess all in all I am pleased with 1 / 4 of my purchases, which is my only working Strike 7 Keyboard. I do find the mouse design to be fantastic, I love the customizations. However these sensors make it borderline unusable at times. If you have a suggestion to make these mice more tolerable, that would be great. Otherwise I guess I will have to spend even more cash to buy a proper mouse from another company. Please let me know any ideas to resolve the mouse sensitivity to vibrations. See video below.
