Hi! My name is Karin Gredvig and I’m from Southern California. I haven’t fully committed to DePaul yet, but I’m still applying for housing. Here are a few facts about me, just interested in maybe finding a roommate/meeting people before orientation. (btw I’m interested in living at University Hall) 1. I was admitted undeclared into the College of Liberal Arts, but am interested in moving over to the College of Communications. 2. I am 5’10 and not very athletic, but I’d be interested in intramural sports! 3. I love movies! The Grand Budapest Hotel, Short Term 12, Magnolia, Frozen, My Neighbor Totoro, and much more 4. My favorite T.V. shows currently are House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, GIRLS, True Detective 5. Music: HAIM, Chvrches, MS MR, Childish Gambino, Coldplay, Disclosure, Daughter, The 1975 6. I’m obsessed with cities, so I really want to explore Chicago! From trying all types of restaurants, finding different movie theaters, shopping at small boutiques and thrift shops, to going to museums and concerts. 7. I’m pretty laid back and mellow. I often come off quiet or shy, but I’m really not. I just have a super easy going personality. 8. I’m choosing DePaul so I can experience life in the city while still having that “traditional” college experience.
