The profile would be - To create opportunities in licensing for celebrities and brands Drive licensing/royalty based discussions and negotiations To negotiate royalties, equity structuring Coordinate along with sales team to drive licensing business with brands work with celebrities to create new brand and licensing opportunities Spot opportunities Create business plans Liase with financiers/brands Create appropriate distribution systems etc We are looking for someone who has an MBA (finance training would be good) and 3/4 years of experience. Areas of experience that would be valued are celebrity management, sales, and distribution of FMCG products. The more driven and passionate the individual, the better.
