Hi Snowsports, some of you may have met me during the Val Thorens trip, I probably introduced myself as the Chair of Trampolining to many of you, reiterating the reasons to join my club seen as I joined yours... so I apologise for the drunken me. Basically I’m Nicola the current Trampolining Chair for 2013/14 and I was hoping you guys support my election for Sports Exec as an Open Representative. I believe that Sport is essential to many individuals lives here at Bath and I wish to make this available to all students. Therefore I believe the recognition of massive sports clubs such as yourselves and the minority clubs such as my own, should be presented throughout the SU. Many minority sports such as ours do not get the recognition they deserve and I was hoping one way to tackle this is to gain a position on the Sports Exec. I will probably sound a little big headed now, but Tom Tom and JK spoke to me personally about elected myself for this position and I believe I will do an successful job... but getting the support from such a small club myself may be difficult. So this is where you guys come in... I was hoping that with your support, a club I am involved in and other minority clubs, I will perhaps gain enough votes to gain this position.
