Hi Team, I am so Moved by the below video and felt compelled to share. Sometimes when things dont go my way or the way I think they should go I can get caught up in the force instead of the flow. Some of you ladies have asked me, how do we stay in flow while doing Kokoro? Here is what I have discovered and it all lies in my why. Why am I doing this? - I am doing it for what the below video demonstrates, for the Grace and the beauty of the Human Spirit. To watch the soul of a man open and give to something greater than himself; the soul of another. I cant imagine a greater gift. - To raise my standard physically, mentally, emotionally and create the opportunity to share in the human spirit with others as we did in the Canyon. - To triumph with a team of people that are willing to give, love and raise their standards and be able to contribute to a part of that by offering support, accountability, inspiration and encouragement. - To support a fallen heros family and watch their human spirit, open at the gift of receiving unconditional love from a stranger. - To be the light that shines the way for my kids to know that there isnt ANYTHING that they cant do! The only limitation is their belief! So how do you stay in flow? GRATITUDE ALWAYS!! I GET to be on this team! I GET to challenge myself, I GET to lead, I GET to support, I GET to love, honor and support each and everyone of You and give the gift of Contribution to a family that has suffered a loss. That IS FLOW for me! FLOW is the Canyon and helping someone by carrying their water and keeping them in state, by offering whatever I can! FLOW is knowing when to listen to your teammate( Marc Von Musser ) when he says that now is the time to take care of myself and get myself out of the canyon so that I am not a burden to the team and having the humility to do so. Trusting and letting go. So when I am pushing beyond my limits and NEVER quitting, it will be my FLOW that will support me to the next level! My FLOW will be what keeps me alive and moving forward. Behaving with absolute Fierce Grace! I hope this makes sense and I thank you for reading this through and also for being a part of this team. I love each and everyone of you and will do all I can to support you in anyway you need. I am so moved and on Purpose right now....can you tell. :) This is what I live for. Looking forward to every step we collectively take and honor each of you for your hearts.
