Hi, We now have a definite date for our Red-head gathering , Fleadh Rua will happen in Forkhill on Saturday ,June 14th, and if the Dalai Lama, Pope o Rome, Ian Paisley or whoever is coming on that day- theyll be welcome, but its still goin on!! So , we plan a, wonderful day/weekend of music ,craic, crafts , farmers market, funfair and a hooley in the hall Saturday night. There is going to be a Lovely Red-haired girls contest, so if you wish to nominate one of your titian-locked buddies, maybe post a photo . Entirely tongue -in-cheek, so if your red-head friend happens to be called John, with a deep voice ,and extra hairy legs...were open to that as well.... Top prizes awarded ! We also intend having a primary 6 and 7 childrens art competition on a red theme, so we will announce the winner of our great prizes on the day. This is all for the wonderful cause of helping out PIPS,and I dont know what Gary Brooks tickets cost, but a ticket for a fiver will get you into the Ceili, for the first ever Red-head gathering in the North, making great memories, and making a difference!
