CERTIFICATION OF ROLL After all appeals have been determined, the Enrollment Committee shall affix a certification to the initial membership roll, certifying that the roll to the best of their knowledge and belief , contains only names of indian who were determined to meet the requirements for enrollment prescribed by these regulations. The roll shall then be submitter to Director for his certification. SECTION 9.RE-EVALUATION OF APPLICATION Should the Committee subsequently find that a member misrepresented or omitted facts which might have made him ineligible or eligible for enrollment in the first instance his application shall be re-valuated -in-accordance with procedure for processing an original application . The Enrollment Committee may re-vaulate disapproved applications after time limitation for appeals have expired if the applicants can provide evidence which apparently would have made him eligible in the first instance but which was not available when the original application was filed or during the appeal period.
