Hi all - Severe weather with an isolated supercell or two possible Tuesday afternoon-evening (slight tornado risk) for the Raleigh, NC area… Low temperatures Tuesday night very mild (around 70F) with thunderstorms potentially persisting into Wednesday morning (severe threat low by Wednesday morning). Stay aware of the weather during the Tuesday evening rush hour. If a tornado warning is issued for your area, get off the road into a substantial building on the first floor in a centrally located room away from exterior walls & any windows, preferably in a bathroom, or under a stairwell if possible. If it gets bad, cover your head and wait out the storm.
