Hi all. I am a relatively new personal trainer. I have recently acquired not just one, but two blind clients. One, Im inheriting from a PT who is leaving our gym, so will likely maintain her workout program. The second has much different needs and is new to me. He needs to lose at least 75 pounds and also wants to work on balance issues (he is 46 and lost his sight at age 18 in military service). Any experience with this? Tips or advice are both welcome! Thanks.
