Hi all, I am once again in search of an on call reservation agent at The Mill Casino Hotel. Just a little about this position...it requires 3 full time weeks (30-40 hours per week) of training, mostly day shift hours. After the training, the schedule will typically be swing shift (varying from 1230p-8p shifts, 230p-10p shifts, and 4p-1130p shifts) with varying days off, 7-14 hours per week, with several on call days (during which youd need to be available for any shift that day) to help assist with call ins and other call volume needs. I am looking for someone who has had prior call center experience, or someone who has had prior hotel front desk/reservation experience.
