Hi all. I have always been a baker. Quite good how I am told by many that enjoy. I love making breads. I have been to!lowing this and the bread group and have been saving recipes and ideas now that the colder weather is coming. Time to make some good bread.. A few questions... I want to get a great Dutch Oven for making great bread. What do you use and recommend? I would like to line my oven with a baking stone or Quarry Tile. What do you suggest/use? What position do you leave the stone/tile on in your oven ( I have a very good, non convection, electric oven that cooks great )? What do you preheat your stone/tile on n how long? Do you also preheat the Dutch Oven if using one? Looking for some great Italian Semolina Bread recipes ( have that great one from John Amato.. cant wait to try ). Italian bread, French Baguettes, would LOVE a great NY Rye bread recipe w/caraway seeds.. Even marble rye loaf!! I MISS LIVING IN NY/NJ AREA!!!! Lol. Sorry for all the questions... Any help appreciated. Thank you. Happy Baking all. Ciao, Tonio.
