Hi all Just a reminder for this Sunday 7 July. 10:00, at the back of the Foundation of the Blind, 545 Parnell Road, Parnell. All welcome. Run, jog, walk, hop, skip or stumble for an hour around the domain and finish up over a coffee. Guides required. We can give you guiding training if you are keen but new to the concept. Extra points are awarded if you bring back your athlete with bumps, bruises or blood. Chris gets first points (by default) for bringing me back with bleeding nipples on the last wet training session.
