Hi, all! Just wanted to say a quick hello and give you all the lunch specials! theyre looking pretty good today, I have to say. Theres just something special about an Ellen Sandwich. Moms just have that sandwich Je ne sais quoi. Todays specials board includes a wonderful looking Smoked Turkey with Apples and Brie on Ciabatta, or a Tuna Salad BLT on Toasted 7Grain or Sourdough. Both look pretty stellar from here. Our soup du jour is White Bean and Tarragon. Im really antsy for the Mexican Wedding Cookies (which are being rolled right now!) to be baked and out of the oven. These are one of my all time favorite cookies, theyre particularly excellent warm from the oven. The powdered sugar really clings to them, and they just have the most wonderful, tender bite. Soon theyll be out in the bakery case for all to love. Theres more to come today, and wed love to see ya!
