Hi all Luke here, I just wanted to let you all in on something I am doing. A dear friend of my family and I was involved in a car accident on Friday the 30th of May. As a result of this she broke a bone in her neck and shattered a disc in her lower back which ment that the doctors had to remove the shattered disc and fuse the spine together. Sadly this has resulted in her losing the function of her lower body. As you can imagine this has deeply affected not only her immediate family but her whole community of friends and work colleagues. I have decided to run a charity fundraising bootcamp on a Sunday at 10am for about a month from Sunday the 15th of June. There will be a minimum donation of $10 per person, 100% of donations will be going to her family to help support them through this tough time. It would mean the absolute world to me if you could come along and also encourage as many friends and family to join in on this event so we can raise as much as we can in the month.
