Hi all! We are nearing the end (tear) and the Final. This year has been MY freshman year and though not perfect, not bad. The kids....awesome!! Some reminders: 1. If your child has not been fitted for tux, please do so ASAP 2. If you have not ordered your flower yet, please do so ( only WHITE rose or carnation). Wrist Corsage to give girl; Boutonnière to give boy. 3. Final dance chaperones-if you have not given me your preference for the time slot for the final dance, please email me that BEFORE Friday, March 4. Final dance assignments will be given out that Sunday. 5. If anyone has a balance of cotillion fees or chaperone fees for final, these are due by formation practice the morning of final. 6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, please review how your child and parents will be announced for final at the 3/16/14 practice. It will be at the desk. If you know before it needs to be different than what is on your childs info sheet, please email me how parents should be announced. If corrections need to be made, please do so on Sunday.
