I AM CURRENTLY ON A TWO-MONTH HIATUS – CLASSES WILL RESUME IN MARCH 2015 ---------- I am taking a 2-month leave of absence. I have been sick with a terrible virus over the Christmas holidays and it has greatly impacted my overall health. I have been advised to take a few months off to help myself recover. The body is magnificent in its constant striving to bring you to balance. Even in my most painful experiences of the last two weeks, I have always been so thankful. I received these words from Hillary Rain. They have been a real guiding light for me. TENDERNESS. COMPASSION. NURTURE. MERCY. GRACE. HEALING. FREEDOM. HUMILITY. MAGIC. MYSTERY. LOVE. These are some of my favorite words. They also embody some of my deepest philosophies and the guiding ideals I seek to offer others through my classes. It is now time to direct them inward.
