Hi all, just wondered if anyone can help me. I have adopted a collie x Brittany spaniel called Crumb. He is 2 years old and was a street dog in Croatia. He is deaf and lovely, but barks from 0530 hours every morning! He has been here 4 months and seems very settled. He gets a last walk about ten pm, goes to bed with his sister in the kitchen lovely then sleeps all night. He isnt desperate to get out for a pee when I let him out in the morning. I have tried the ignoring him technique and he barked for two hours solid yesterday, with little howls and cries in between. I dont think he is upset, more angry because we arent paying hi pm attention. I dont mind getting up early but it must be awful for our neighbours as we are semi detached - and I have to go back to work soon working shifts. If anyone has any advice as to how I can get him to stop barking I would be most grateful x
