Hi all my beloved nutrition enthusiasts! I am completely in awe of all the wonderful posts and comments helping each other with this important aspect of our Ascension process. We have a huge resource in our membership for healthy tips and references, and in our own health journeys. Thank you thank you for all the support you give each other, what a group of loving and courageous Masters. I am putting the finishing touches on my Nutrition recap, including web references, charts and articles that Im sure is more than you want to know :).... But at least it will be there to refer to anytime. Look for it tomorrow, and I am trying to make sure you can print it in some form for reference. Love, Meg
