Hi all this is our up coming event (Sawwadi BIATHLON) WHEN: Friday, October 18, 2013 @ 4 p.m. ATHLETES CHECK-IN: 0200p.m -3:30 p.m. & meet on the beach at 3:45 p.m. WHERE: Sawwadi Island, al-Batinah, Oman. DISTANCE: - Long course 800 m Sea swim & 5k beach run. - short course 400 m sea swim and 3k run . 800m swim and 5K run course map : Course Map will be showing in attaché photos. 400m swim and 3k run course map: Course Map will be showing in attaché photos. Note: short distance ONLY under 15 years old. CATEGORIES: Ind, under 15 years old & Team (male, female, youth, Omanis* non Omanis* ) REGISTRATION FEES: 3 RO ( Water, Energy drinks ,T shirt , medals, ) NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION Race will close at 200 participants or a week before race day ( 13 of October 2013).
