Try this at the beach or pool: 30 jumping jacks, run on the grass or sand a distance of about 30 feet back and forth (might need to double up for smaller yards) as fast as you can 30 times, 30 push ups or as many as you can in 30 seconds followed immediately by 30 second each of front, left and right side plank, get in the water up to your shoulders and do 30 jacks, 30 tuck jumps, tread for 30 seconds, jump out and jog back a forth 30 feet for 30 times, each time getting in the water up to your chest, on land 30 side to side squat jumps, repeat as many times as you like. Finish with a full body stretch in the water and then float around in your life jacket!
