Hi, can you ask Anon please! I have a 3 year old son who is an amazing, smart, loving little guy BUT he is always testing me to see how much he can get away with. My husband and I have both (never out of anger) spanked our son for bad behavior and not listening. My question is, I want to totally get away from spanning and was wondering what are some good ways to get him to listen to me better? I feel like all day long I tell him to be nice to the dogs, dont do this, dont do that. What can I do do different to have him listen to me better and not test me to see how far he can get?
