Hi everybody. I am leaving on the road for several days. I will fill you in on all the activities tomorrow but I have posted one event below. Check it out. One of the things I like to do for Marco is prepare him a bunch of meals so that he will eat well. We do spoil each other. Here are his options for the next week. 1. Oriental salad - this is delicious. Google the recipe. 2. Vegetable soup 3. Chicken Marsala-yummy 4. A variety of steamed vegetables 5. Meatloaf and garlic potatoes 6. Lots of Chili 7. Antipasto-Another great salad I recommend And last but not least...Apple Pie.
