Hi everybody, Im searching for 1 more roomate to join a 4 room flat in the old north, Weitzman 55, just near Kikar Hamedina. Just in front of the building there is a direct bus to the university and in general there is plenty of public transportation in such a center location. The building is nice from the outside with a big garden, the flat is renovated, spacious (110 square meters),has a living room, central air conditioning and one of the great thing in the place is that THE BEDROOMS ARE REALLY HUGE (24 metres approx.) which is very unlikely to find in Tel Aviv. In addition, 2 of the rooms have a really cool shared balcony with a great view. Rent - The entering roomate can choose the room with the balcony for 2750 , or without for 2600 NIS. Most of the photos here are less than perfect, but hope its enough to show the quality of the flat. I myself am a 24 years old medicine student, hoping to find a young (up to 26 years old more or less) roommate for a cool and fun atmosphere. The entrance is on the 1/11.
