Hi everybody! Ive been meaning to update you on the recovery and classes. I was hoping to come back and start teaching this month but its still too soon. As my physical therapist put it Whatever you thought you were going to do and when you thought you were going to do it isnt happening. I am behind on my range of motion and strength and I still hurt a lot from the scar tissue manipulation. SO! That said - I am now aiming for December! I cannot imagine having to wait any longer than that. Also - if any of you are interested, Id LOVE it if we could get together somewhere for appetizers and cocktails or lunch or something so we can at least SEE each other! Let me know what you think. I miss you and I hope you are all doing good!
