Hi everybody! Sorry I have been absent. :( I have been dealing with a flare and it triggered my DDD into a horrendous cycle. It is a no win when this happens because I want to put my hand on my spine and try to rub it but that only increases my shoulder and neck pain. It is amazing with one issue how many other issues are affected. How many of you have spine pain along with the Fibromyalgia. Gosh, the one thing that gets me bad is when the Sciatic nerve flares up and the pain goes down the legs. Only thing I am doing tonight is trying to breathe because I tend to shallow breathe when pain gets intense and that only further complicates the problems. I am sending all decals out tomorrow. I had planned on today but no matter how I tried nothing worked in my favor. If any of you are interested in the decal I have it posted to the top of this page.
