Hi everybody, TGIF! How has the week been? Everybodys been so quiet. Nobody posted about their running/training, fitness or related experience. Just as Jags and I keep posting about our achievements, you should also feel free to post about your achievements. Eg- a beginner might proudly tell us that he/she was able to walk-run for half an hour that day or was able to run continuously without a walk break, somebody else might have been able run his/her fastest 5K, or might have comfortably finished a 10/15K or felt his/her stamina/breathing/strength improving, somebody else might have felt confident enough to enroll in a race, or done a session of some new form of cross training etc. Go ahead and share with us. :-) Talking about achievements, lets congratulate Jagmohan Singh Bisht for winning yet another fitness challenge in his company. He won the challenge for having the smallest waist-to-hip ratio which is an indicator of good health! His prize was an armband from Kalenji. Last month he stood second in a competition for holding a plank for longest time (and won a gym bag). May these examples only inspire us all more. Now about tomorrows session. Tomorrows session will be cardio intensive - the strength workout will also challenge your cardio-vascular capacity. We will have Plyometrics, Agility drills and HIIT (high intensity interval training). And of course you will have options with less intense variations for beginners/those back from an injury and will have the freedom of choosing your levels.
