Hi everyone. Having difficulty with this WOE. I do well through most of the day, sticking to eggs, cheese, meat and vegetables. Ive cut out all bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. My problem is sugar. Ill get so hungry for something sweet like chocolate or an apple with peanut butter etc in the evenings. Ive been trying to do well for weeks and only went down a pound or two, then back up, then back down a pound again. Its making me crazy. What do you suggest? Ive gotten some Atkins bars and Atkins chocolate shakes to help with that....think that will keep me on track? Will I still lose or will that stall me further? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
