Thank you” Boy, age 15 - size 16 pants, mens small/medium shirts, mens size 10.5 shoe, NEEDS CLOTHES, loves his Xbox Boy, age 13 - clothes size 14 boys, size 7.5 shoes in mens, he loves hunting and camo -------------------------------------------------- FAMILY #29 - CUDDEBACKVILLE (TWO KIDS REMAINING) “I really need help with Christmas for my 6 children I dont even have money to fill two propane tanks to heat my house for my children… I dont know where to start my son has still been in and out of hospitals because of his chronic asthma and all of his food allergies and if he goes outside and breaths in the cold air it makes him really sick and he was just released from the hospital last week because a kid in his school gave him chocolate and hes allergic so they had to give him two doses of an epi pen and his throat was still closing so they had to rush him to the hospital and finally after like 5 hours he was ok but he had to stay at the hospital for almost a week so I had to pay people to watch my other five kids while I went to see my son and then before this happened my mom fell and broke her hip so I had to pay people to take me to see her in the hospital and I am on disability for my back and I have tendinitis in both of my wrists and I went to my doctor last month and they gave me my results from a test they did on my back and they told me that I have bone cancer in my back but they said they r gonna try and cut a piece of my bone out and they hope that will catch it from spreading so i havent been doing good at all and I am scared because thats the worse thing that anybody has told me and now I dont have any fuel to heat my house to keep me and my children warm and I tried getting help with heap but the day I was suppose to go their my son had a asthma attack at school so they had me go their and get him so I could take him to the hospital so now they put my heap case on hold until next week so my kids and I are freezing my friend told me to buy a couple heating blankets and some heaters but I dont have the money…. my electric is about to be shut off also I can never get a head I just want my kids to have a Christmas this year.” FAMILY NEEDS heating blankets and or heaters - they can be used, pots and pans and any kind of food would be really appreciated. I have been denied Social Security disability but Ive appealed. Im receiving $1134 a month from insurance disability. I pay $750 rent, $180 electric and cab rides for my sons as we dont have a car or are on a bus route. I have two boys ages 11 and 14. Their shoe sizes are 10.5-11 and 12.5-13. That is what they really need as Ive been able to get clothing from yard sales, thrift shops and other used clothes locations. They are both into legos and wrestling. I also have 2 grandchildren from an older child. If possible they are a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. She wants a baby doll and he wants cars. If anyone could help with any of this I would be very grateful. My two boys would be happy with just the shoes if it meant a toy for their niece and nephew. I was first hospitalized in April since I passed out in public . I was on my way home from work and stopped for a drink . I was sent home the following day and told to make a Dr. appt . So I did , and than I was tested and tons of blood drawn , MRI , and tons of tests . In June I was hospitalized again and by this time I had lost about 40 lbs , and had no energy was sick daily etc ... I was finally diagnosed with bladder cancer .and kidney failure . I now have my kidney separated from my bladder and have a nephrostamy bag . I cant walk without loosing my balance , cant drive ., cant cook or shower without help . Since all this has taken place I have not worked and the social worker is helping me get disability and might help me with my O&R bill that is over $1000 now . I am still going to Westchester medical hospital and have not yet had my bladder or kidney removed . This has been very hard on my 14 year old son , since he was very dependent on me . I hope you take my 14 year old into consideration on helping him have a decent Christmas .” Boy, age 14 - “He has a classic skater style to him . He likes all the accessories and latest styles . She will turn two in January but is developmentally delayed doctors say right now shes really about nine months she doesnt walk or speak much. She is enrolled in early intervention and receives home therapy 4 days a week. She was born at 24 weeks due to complication and high risk pregnancy, she only weighted 1lb 7oz and spent a total of 5 months in the NICU. At one week she had surgery to fix a hole in her heart and at two months was diagnosed with W.A.G.R syndrome it is a very rare disease. She was also diagnosed with glacouma and cateracts and had had 3 surgeries already to try and correct that but will need more in the future. Just this year she was diagnosed with sickle cell disease. Our family has been through it all these pass few year and my hubby recently loss his Job and we are struggling at times to pay bills.
