Hi everyone Hope I find you well. As in previous seasons we would like to invite members of our supporter groups to attend an informal meeting/question and answer session with Chief Executive David McNally and some of our senior management team, which also involves a light-meal afterwards. We’re therefore looking to host another event on Friday, September 19 at 7pm (6.45pm arrival for 7pm start) at Carrow Road ahead of the Birmingham City match the next day. We do appreciate that due to the travelling involved for many of you, it may not be possible for all groups to be represented but it would be great to see you if you are planning to make the trip. If you could come back to me to confirm your attendance before Friday, September 12 that would be much appreciated – we can then gauge numbers and people’s availability. We’ve been very pleased to see the number of groups grow and be able to attend this meeting in recent years so as before two or three representatives per group are welcome to come along in the first instance – and depending on group numbers we may be able to extend numbers per group – but get in touch and we’ll go from there. If any of your group attending have any specific dietary requirements do let me know. In light of this meeting we are also looking to plan our annual Global Canaries game for the Birmingham City match on Saturday, September 20 (3pm). As usual we hope that as many groups are represented on the pitch walk-round at half-time to parade your group flags. We have reserved a section of Jarrold Stand seating for those of you who’d like to sit together and require tickets. Firstly, if you’d like to take part in the parade do come back to me to confirm – and if you could let me know again by Friday, September 12 so we can get an idea of numbers that would be great. If you would like to come along and need tickets please contact Phil Gray in the ticket office who will administer the purchasing tickets for all that need them.
