Hi everyone, I am Ashley (youve probably seen me post on here before.) I was the president of the Philosophy/religion symposium for 2013-2014. I encourage anyone who has an interest in philosophical question to come join the symposium this semester on Wednesdays from 7-9 pm. The symposium is a group of students who like to tackle questions like, What is authenticity? What are thoughts? What role does myth play in our society? And much more! Our group does not discriminate anyone of any religion, gender, race, etc. All the students who come to symposium come to expand their minds not break people down. We also attend philosophical conferences including the UNF undergradute conference where one of our students, Dawson Roebig, presented, as well as high powered conference like the FPA.
