Hi everyone! I need your wisdom and advice. Ian and I are looking to buy a house in the not-too-distant-future in Herts within a 45min drive of St Albans. Particular areas we are interested in are Hertford, Hitchin, the west side of Welwyn Garden City, Boxmoor, and Berkhamsted. If you know of any good or bad points about these areas that we would not likely find out by near-terminal levels of Internet surfing or drive-by reccy missions please do message either of us.
