Hi everyone! If you are going to tomorrows CBA Visual Clinic, please meet in the East teacher parking lot at 6:00 am tomorrow so that we may leave by 6:30 am. The event begins at 8:00 am sharp and we will NOT be late. Lunch is provided, and the event should wrap up no later than 4:30 pm. Please EAT BREAKFAST beforehand or bring something for the ride up! Please wear comfortable workout clothes, bring sunscreen and a good supply of water (camel packs or 32 oz. and bigger bottles recommended), and your $20 entry fee if you have not already brought it to me! There is also a potential for rain in the afternoon, so plastic ponchos/jackets/slickers/what-have-you are also highly recommended. I only need one more vehicle for students to get to the event and back, so please text me at 719-250-7189 to let me know if you are available!
