Hi everyone. Im an RN, but I cant find any info on this issue when I try to research. I was dx 8+ years ago, and Im 47. (RA factor negative but ANA 1:160 and sed rate sky high) Ive been taking plaquenil for 3 weeks. Ive been on everything. Humira, enbrel, mtx, and orencia in the past. After 3 weeks I feel so very much worse. Joints, fatigue, exhaustion, depression, night sweats, cant sleep because pain wakes me up. Now the past few days my vision is terrible. I wear bifocals. Distance vision is good with minimal correction, I can read without my glasses if I hold it out and squint, normally my glasses are fine. The past week or so my eyes are irritated, watery, and I cant read anything on the tv, or at reading distance without squinting, and that doesnt really help. I had to run some errands this morning and I dont think I really should have driven (im stubborn that way) I stopped the plaquenil this morning. Im Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues with this med. Thanks.- Kim
