Hi everyone! Just a heads up, TOMORROW we are going to try something a little different. I know its been very hot for those of us working outdoors so Im going to try to keep the workout as short as possible. With that being said, you are going to have to challenge yourself. We will do a 15 minute Kbell AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) plus an Ab Circuit. Shooting for no more than a 30 minute workout tomorrow. However, in order to make it worth it you have to push yourself! Something I always try to tell myself when I want to give up or skip a few reps is youre only cheating yourself. Be prepared to give it your all tomorrow! See ya then!
