Hi everyone, Mick, Jimmy, Daniel and KA all busy in the shop today. I get to stay home today and do the bookwork, and what a great place to do it, sitting besides the pool ( someone has to do it ) in this gorgeous weather. We are having an overwhelming response with the variety and selection of meat on offer. A big hit with our mature aged customers, is the offal, Tripe, Lambs Fry, Brains and Tongue.
