Hi everyone! So happy to have found this group!:) We are from Austin, TX. My son, Elder Jordan Villanueva, arrived with his MTC group last Wednesday. His MTC companion was an Elder Martin--and he was so sad/nervous to leave his group, they all became great friends! He has been assigned with Elder Walters to the Tralee, Ireland area for his training. He said its so beautiful there and its just a small branch with very few people which makes me sad that theres not a lot of members to support them or have them for dinner, etc...but I know hes been assigned there for a reason. Our problem right now is his debit card we sent isnt working internationally so we are scrambling to get a cash card to him but hes changing flats next week so we are having to wait, meanwhile he has no money of his own:( This once a week communication is hard! He is our oldest and this is our first missionary experience as a family. We miss him so much it hurts! Ill post a few pics he sent us yesterday. Have a great day yall! :)
