Hi everyone... sorry to make u wait for a day.. here is the recipe for pizza calzone I hd posted a day before.. Ingredients for the bun: (makes 6 large calzones) Flour - 1 1/2 cup Milk - 1/2 cup Dry active yeast - 1 tblsp Sugar - 1 1/2 tblsp Oil (here I used olive oil) - 3 tblsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Dried oregano - 1 tsp (optional) Method: Heat milk till it is luke warm. Add sugar and mix well. Now mix yeast into it with a spoon and let it rest for 10 minutes. It will froth and give a nice fermentation smell. In a bowl take maida. Add salt & oil to it. Now pour in the yeast mixture and using your hands form a dough. The dough will be sticky to touch. Now sprinkle some flour on your workspace and knead the dough by stretching and folding. Knead well for 6-7 minutes. Keep the dough in a greased bowl, cover it and let it rest for 1 hour. For the stuffing: Onion diced - 1 Tomato diced- 1 (pulp separated) Capsicum diced - 1/2 American corn - 2 tblsp Black olives sliced - 2 tblsp Jalapenos sliced - 1 tblsp Cottage cheese cubes small - 2 tblsp Dried oregano - 1 tsp Chilli flakes- as per your taste Grated parmesan cheese - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Pizza and pasta sauce ( I used delmonte) - 2-3 tblsp Grated processed cheese- 2 cubes Grated mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and keep aside After one hour, the dough will rise to its double size. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead again (stretching and folding) for 1 minute. Now pinch medium size balls from it and roll to form a thick oval chapati. Put the filling in the centre and fold it to form semi circular packets as shown in the pic. Line your baking tray with butter paper and put all the calzone with 1 inch space in between them. Cover with a cloth for 10 minutes. Brush the top with a little milk and put them into the oven. Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes or untill golden light brown. Serve hot and enjoy. Happy baking :) Note: You can add more or less ingredients in filling according to your choice and taste. I hope the pictures help.
