Hi everyone, tonight I am going to share with you two stories that are just from yesterday, they are both shocking so I am sadden to share them but feel its important so you all see for yourselves what is happening on this little island of ours. First off I am about to tell you of the story of a chap called Russ Mcgarry...because Like ours, his story is shocking. He is currently in dispute with I believe his mortgage provider who have invented a fake bill he knows nothing of, he is currently in the middle of an appeals process.... With this in mind the high court in London...so the highest court in the land I believe issued him a letter to tell him he may stay in his family home of 40 years, but a the local county court keep evicting him totally disregarding this important letter from the high court. He has managed to get back into his home a few times now bless him, but yesterday was a sad day. If the bailiffs were to attend again they were meant to give notice. they didnt.... they turned up un announced. Russ had 2 grandchildren in the house of 3 and 5, so with this in mind he said he would peacefully hand over the property. However with that violence commenced and he was jumped on by a few large bailiffs. His poor grandchildren petrified ran and hid in cupboards....once the bailiffs found them they were man handled out onto the street, Russ was then arrested for breech of the peace. no paper work what so ever was shown. Luckily they have it all on camera thank goodness and he is awaiting his high court hearing I believe. If this doesnt make you realise why this petition is more important then ever I dont know what does. These bailiffs are animals and this is torcher....the first time they got evicted Russ has an older daughter who is pregnant, they man handled her knowing she was pregnant at one point hitting her in the stomach. seriously how can this be right..HOW! Please sign the petition if you havent already this would stop this behaviour all for what? the sake of money ... Once you get back online Russ I hope your are all okay and safe, I cried when I heard what happened to your grandbabies, big hugs xxx Secondly a chap named David Barton ( I hope I get all this right David) had a disputed parking ticket which was unpaid, amounting too to £422. David son had some rather nasty complications related to both bones in his leg broken, he HAD to go to hospital and had an appointment, I will attach the video of what this bailiff did and a few images. But in a nutshell he barricaded Davids driveway with his car stopping the from leaving, on double yellow lines. He refused to move it and stated he didnt care about the hospital appointment as the child wasnt disabled, the child had badly infected sores which needed treatment. David Barton I hope your son is okay x These bailiffs are acting illegally, this is a disgrace. Again I ask anyone with a shred of a brain cell, how can this possibly be okay in the UK....seriously people. lets get this bloody petition signed and get criminal acts like these stopped. because its only us that can do it, the people at the top dont seem to care. bit.ly/uk-justice-petition video https://facebook/photo.php?v=624514570996447
